Terms and Conditions
This terms of service is a legal contract between you and AppsTray (AppsTray), prevailing your use of mobile applications products of ("AppsTray")  are legal property of AppsTray thus owned, controlled or offered by AppsTray.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE. BY USING THE AppsTray SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS “TERMS OF SERVICE”. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS TERMS OF SERVICE, PLEASE STOP USING THE APPSTRAY PRODUCTS IMMEDIATELY. BY CONTINUING USE OF APPSTRAY PRODUCTS, YOU APPROVED TO RECEIVE RELATIVE EMAILS TO HELP YOU BETTER USE OF MOBILE PRODUCTS BY APPSTRAY.


LICENSE GRANT POLICY
All APPSTRAY services are free to you and not sold. APPSTRAY grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable to use the APPSTRAY service only for your personal or internal use. You will retain all ownership rights in User Data that you transfer to APPSTRAY for data protection.

LEGAL AGREEMENT
You agree to obey all the applicable laws of your country regards to the use of APPSTRAY software. You must own the Smartphone or tablet or have written permission from the owner of the Smartphone before downloading, installing, activating APPSTRAY PRODUCTS on it.

Terms and Conditions
YOU UNDERSTAND AND HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU MAY NOT AND WARRANT THAT YOU WILL NOT:
1.     Use the APPSTRAY Services for any illegal purpose, or in violation of any laws
2.     Remove, circumvent, disable, damage or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the APPSTRAY PRODUCTS, features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content accessible through the APPSTRAY Services, or features that enforce limitations on use of the APPSTRAY Services.
3.     Post, store, send, transmit, or disseminate any information or material which infringes any patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, or any other proprietary or intellectual property rights.
4.     Sell, transfer or allow another person to access your account password or APPSTRAY PRODUCTS account
5.     Download, Install or Activate APPSTRAY on a Smartphone that is not owned by you or you do not have written approval from the owner to do so.
6.     Collect data using APPSTRAY software from a Smartphone, which is not owned by you without the knowledge and PERMISSION of the owner of the Smartphone.


VIOLATIONS; TERMINATION
You agree that APPSTRAY may terminate or suspend your access to the APPSTRAY PRODUCTS without prior notice and without liability if such termination or suspension is based on
 (a) APPSTRAY’s good faith & belief you have violated any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement,


RESTRICTIONS
You acknowledge and agree that you will not: (a) reproduce or attempt to reproduce the APPSTRAY PRODUCTS; (b) modify, adapt, translate or create any derivative works of the APPSTRAY PRODUCTS or attempt to do the foregoing; (c) attempt to circumvent or disable the APPSTRAY PRODUCTS or any technology, features or measures in the APPSTRAY PRODUCTS by any means or in any manner; (d) attempt to decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for the APPSTRAY PRODUCTS; (e) distribute, encumber, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer, publish or disclose the APPSTRAY PRODUCTS to any third party; (f) use for a service bureau or otherwise commercialize or attempt to commercialize use of the APPSTRAY PRODUCTS; or (g) remove or alter any trademark, logo, copyright or other proprietary notices, legends, symbols or labels in or on the APPSTRAY PRODUCS or used in connection with the APPSTRAY PRODUCTS


APPS PERMISSIONS
USER DATA AND LOCATION DATA
The APPSTRAY PRODUCTS may allow the submission of content and materials by you (" User Data "), and the hosting, storing, sharing and/or publishing of such User Data. You shall be solely responsible for your own User Data and the consequences of storing or transmitting them.
APPSTRAY assumes any data that is uploaded using the APPSTRAY service purchase by you is your data and hence will not be liable for anything to that data.
APPSTRAY assumes no responsibility whatsoever in connection with or arising from User Data for inappropriate or illegal content. APPSTRAY does not endorse and has no control over the content of User Data submitted by other Users. APPSTRAY reserves the right to prevent you from submitting User Data and to restrict or remove User Data for any reason at any time. In addition, certain APPSTRAY Software may use data received or obtained from your wireless device to determine your location ("Location Data "). By using the APPSTRAY Services, you hereby PERMIT and permit APPSTRAY to use Location Data in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Policy. APPSTRAY does not make any representation, warranty or guarantee of accuracy, completeness or timeliness of with respect to any Location Data. Following is the list of common data usage permissions that bas been accessed in APPSTRAY PRODUCTS

What information we use and how we use it:

1. Read phone status and identity

This permission allows APPSTRAY Apps to recognize an incoming call and to switch between the User System interfaces and call interface.

2. Read your text messages (SMS or MMS)
We do not save or upload your messages. We use this permission to read your text messages when you search messages in search bar or announce the sender name while some one send you a message.

3. Take pictures and videos
We use your device’s camera flashlight and require camera permission. APPSTRAY Apps will not take photos and videos by itself and pass it on too any third party.

4. Approximate location (network-based)
This permission is used to display apps installed by anonymous surrounding users and to recommend popular apps based on users’ location in APPSTRAY Apps Radar. This information is untraceable.

5. Read your contacts
WE do not save or upload your contacts. Permission to access contact information is used when required.

6. Read calendar events plus confidential information
This information is used to remind you of your latest calendar events. We do not save or upload any of your calendar information.

7. Find accounts on the devices
APPSTRAY Apps does not recognize or save your account information for any programs. we only detects whether users have a Google account linked with the device which helps us confirm the state of Google Service and provide users with appropriate application download and update methods.

8. Read Google service configuration
This information is used to acquire advertising ID. We provide users with better advertising service by using such anonymous ID.

9. Change network connectivity
This permission is used in settings and notification toolbar, in order to change network connectivity.

10. Connect and disconnect from Wi-Fi
This permission is used in settings and notification toolbar in order to connect and disconnect from Wi-Fi.

11. Full network access
This permission is used to access the device’s network for certain functions including receiving launcher update notifications.

12. View network connections
This permission is used in settings and notification toolbar, in order to view network connections.

13. View Wi-Fi connections
This permission is used in settings and notification toolbar, in order to view Wi-Fi connections.

14. Access Bluetooth settings
This permission is used in settings, in order to turn on and off the Bluetooth.

15. Close other apps
This permission is used in Boost in order to turn off the back-end apps and make the phone run faster.

16. Retrieve running apps
This permission is used in Boost in order to view the running apps.

17. Draw over other apps
This permission allows us to free swipe tab to be displayed as a floating window on other apps.

18. Control vibration
This permission allows us to make the phone vibrate once after users set the device on vibrate, confirming the setting has been turned on.

19. Measure app storage space:
This permission is used to acquire the amount of storage space used by an application.

20. Modify system settings:
This permission is used in settings, in order to switch or adjust ringtone, vibration and brightness level of the screen.

21. Read Home settings and shortcuts:
This permission is used to acquire the user’s Home settings and shortcuts, in order to maintain user preferences.

APPSTRAY software is designed for personal / business purpose only, where it is aimed to restrict access to other accessible areas of the smart phones or tablets and allow to access & use the Applications as desired by the owner of the device(s).
APPSTRAY software does not assume any liability for any misuse or damages caused by our APPSTRAY software. It is the responsibility of the buyer to obey all laws of their country and use APPSTRAY software legally.
You are taking full responsibility of using APPSTRAY for legal purposes and are not breaking any federal or state laws. It is the responsibility of the user of APPSTRAY to ascertain, and obey, all applicable laws in their country in regard to the use of APPSTRAY. It is the final user's responsibility to follow all the laws in their country and APPSTRAY will not be held accountable for any illegal use of the product. By downloading and installing APPSTRAY, you pledge that APPSTRAY bears no responsibility from here on forth. It is the user's responsibility to carry out research regarding their country's laws before buying APPSTRAY. By purchasing, downloading, installing or activating APPSTRAY, you hereby agree to the above.


DATA SECURITY
To ensure the absolute security of your data, we recommend you download your data regularly & delete it from your account. We hold no backup your private data so deleting your information makes it permanently inaccessible.
